ANYBODY caught engaging in the act of disrupting food supply and transport need to be IMMEDIATELY and SUMMARILY dealt with. Disrupting food supply = weapon of mass destruction. No different than setting off a nuclear, biological, chemical agent. The infrastructure and survival of our entire modern day society rests on the delivery and distribution of food items. This is not like the Middle Ages where every community is self sufficient due to surrounding farms and local producers. If our modern day food distribution infrastructure is compromised, it can mean death for countless people.

They didn’t stop shit. They just put them on a taxpayer funded bus and completed the invasion on the public dime. When the “authorities” catch these guys, they just let them go. Anytime you read about apprehensions just understand that these people are still in the US after the fact.

In some instances when a law is passed by congress US Code is that law codified. Originally a bunch of the US code came before a lot of states were formed and for places there was no state authority for example on a US ship at sea or Indian lands. Later on things just spun out of control. When you get an agency like the BOR that has no enforcement authority but has CFR's. Some other Interior agency has to enforce it for them.

I don’t know who is the most foolish? Those who know nothing of the constitution or the ones who understand it and believes it means much of anything today or that it really ever did.

The constitution doesn’t restrict gov’t nearly enough and the behemoth we have today manifested either because of it or in spite of it. The end result is the same either way.
