Most people have no idea how to do chest compressions correctly. In my training there was a young woman in full arrest in our ER with arterial-line; her family (in medicine as well), seeing the futility of her situation, allowed every single staff member to do compressions to verify they could generate a wave-form (effective pulse) during CPR. I was astounded at the amount pressure you need to apply for successful CPR. Such a gift that family gave.

I always thought I was doing CPR correctly.. Until I saw a LUCAS machine in action. Never dreamed that you could go that deep.

Indeed. I was an intern at the time, but paramedics and nurses were allowed to participate as well. Second/third year residents were permitted to do cardiac injections and procedures to address PEA, including pericardial effusion removal. Impacted me so much I am including permission in my advanced directives.

August 2021, my wife was on a ventilator with a tracheostomy and an NG tube. She developed a mucus plug on the trache. She went into Code Blue. So, they did chest compressions, which got her pulse started again. And it collapsed her left lung. So, they put in a chest tube and changed from wrist IV to a central line. She was still on a catheter. Later, she would change from NG to a Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG, for short) to make feeding easier. The central line made it easier to keep adjusting levels of sodium, magnesium, and potassium.

Thank goodness for fast acting doctors and nurses.

I was always very aggressive on chest compressions. With the new protocols before I retired we were getting quite a few ROSC's. Of course not all walked out of the hospital but at least a Dr. had a chance to try to save them. Before a lot of people were DOS.

It's from being compliant for nearly 250 years of following a flawed document without really reading and understanding said document. The writers of the document understood that one day it would be a useless due to the nature of people living under a government. The flaw with the document is that the instructions weren't clear enough.

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. "

At any which time we have people governing our Nation who have a vested interest in reversing everything the Republic was designed to be. Grant you everything in life changes its just the natural order of things. As corruption has consumed our governments it has been know for quite sometime that leaders took advantage of the position to steal money and restrict rights that were never to be restricted. I believe a blind person can see what has happen.

Do we have 55 men with intelligence and a few who could pen the rules for the next 250 years. Now that we know what works and doesn't plus weeding out the fleecing of Americans.

If the corrupt would agree to step aside from from their financial windfall gigs by understanding that it would be better for the Republic instead of dividing a Nation,if not then like other before us bearing arms would prerequisite before the pens.

I think he had some information, kept his mouth shut, saved the world one step at a time, and others did really good at keeping their mouths shut, as well. And people back then did not like pedos very much. So, it was hard to fault a father taking care of his kids.

Pence is going to run for president and he figures that since potato is eyeballs deep in shit that they are going to give him a pass. If they give potato a pass they are going to give Trump one also. So he's getting it out front to get a free pass and not have it show up during his run for president.
There's supposed to be a chain of custody on classified documents. I believe that is why potato's/lawyers didn't shred them when they were located. I say located because someone was trying to find them for a reason (audit?). Log book shows that they were checked out and never returned. Potato Joe's lawyers were notified about the documents not being returned and they went looking for them.
My guess is that there's plenty of other "not returned" documents and they know who's supposed to have them. Nothing like having a good blackmail card in your back pocket.

Yeah everyone knows how he found out. TV news reporter told him the flight time. That airport isn't very big, would be easy to know where he's be. Just follow the TV cameras.

Also he did an excellent job of making sure the the target did not have collateral damage behind it and everyone was clear.

But I think old bullet design allowed the pedo to live for 3 days in a coma. Modern 357 would have mushroomed much faster for a DRT.
