went over the top , landed in the street on my face , arm , leg , ribs , 4 front teeth , deep gash in chin. Had a Bell open face helmet , cracked in the middle.
Christmas Eve 87 I was driving in fog ….went straight instead of making the curve , hit a BIG Magnolia tree going probably 25 mph My L chest pulled the seat belt out of the floor. Bent the steering wheel towards the ignition , on my way out of the windshield, my back broke the rear view mirror my Skull hit the pillar , went through the windshield, landed on the hood. Cracked my skull , broke lots of ribs , clavicle snapped… Spent over 2 weeks in the hospital ….no Santa , Bowl games were over. Still feel the results everyday
THEN , two EPIC Mountain Bike crashes , led with my FACE both times !
A Cat has 9 lives ..Think I am in double digits .

i'm guessing celluloid handle, which was pretty common back then.
IDK the full story on this knife. It was my grandfathers, made for him by a machinist friend of his in the '50s. I'd really like to know what the grip is made of.
He died when I was 3, and I claimed it when I was about 7 or 8. I carved my initials in the sheath.
Finally took it home when I was 14, old enough to go deer hunting. My grandmother gave me his .35 Rem. 336 at the same time. Took me 40 years to kill a deer with it.
Exactly how small were these miniature elk?
Booked on suspicion of being a meth pup?
Some kind of plastic, anyway. I've always thought it was cool that it looks like meat.i'm guessing celluloid handle, which was pretty common back then.
