My experience:

I freely admit that I'm a "Gadget Guy". Got the alert from MidwayUSA that this was back in stock ... thought I was going to buy one until I read this thread and decided it's not ready for prime-time (yet). I'll stick with my Labradar ... a little bulky, but it's always worked just fine.

It does not work for me and a buddy with large projectiles (50 BMG, 416 Barret).

I’m on my 2nd unit, and probably going to send it back for a full refund this time. Had it on from the time I got to the range, to when I left. It read 1 unsuppressed shot from my .308 Win all day at the range yesterday, and nothing else again. Noting suppressed, noting else unsuppressed.i don’t know if it’s just picky, or if I keep getting defective units? But something ain’t jihawing between the unit and my phone. My phone bluetooth’s fine to everything else, so I’m leaning towards the unit or the app.
