Yeah, and that 20% was to be kept in surplus for a time of famine. It was kept, and there was a famine, and the people had wheat stores for the rough times when cattle couldn't make it, etc.
The good ol days when politicians kept their word.

Thay have a flight museum. Buzz Aldrin completed flight training there. It's about a 1/4 mile out of my way to the range, but I never think to stop. One day.

It was a different time, with slavery on a huge scale, but with some solid, logical leadership. Well, maybe they shoulda stayed back when the sea parted... These days, there is no honor among thieves and installed leadership perverts that lie like there's no tomorrow. Maybe being a slave wasn't so bad back in biblical times.
Shoulda used that Gorilla-brand duct tape. It woulda lasted at least another quarter mile. Maybe back it up with large zip ties and bubble gum?
