Interesting, mine works fine on my area419 clamp.

@NiteQwill small strip of electrical tape to the arca rail solved it. No problem in the mount or quick release thing!

Not looking for the unit, but a soft case.
This one's a bit better. Fits nice and snug and half the price. If you want a case for just the unit (no tripod), a GoPro travel case should work.

Got mine yesterday. If you were wondering, it will not pick up nerf gun darts.
That's because you haven't tried to make it pick them up. If your nerf gun doesn't require eye pro, it's to slow.

Funny how times change as we all loved our LR's and swore by them till this unit came out. Now the PX is flooded with them at crazy low prices when they always held their value well and would sell super quickly.
I remember going through this same hard to find in stock situation once I bought my first LR.
Bass Pro really screws up the shipping on these. I have missed the delivery twice already because shockingly I have to work, and if I’m not at home tomorrow to receive the delivery it will go back to cabelas. Also FedEx can’t give me any kind of heads up to when the delivery will be attempted so I have to take off and sit at the house until I get it.
That's FedEx. We caught them lying multiple times. Get email saying attempted delivery but nothing on the video system, not even a truck driving by. Wife deals with deliveries as manager at Scheels. She asked and was told by UPS delivery guy they just mark it as undeliverable because they can't just drop it off, it requires them to get a signature which costs them time on their schedule so they just mark it undeliverable. They are short staffed and can't make all the deliveries so anything that costs them more time gets the hard pass.
My local FedEx is a main hub, so they’ve been really good lately. USPS has been pretty good. UPS on the other hand… Absolute shit, and the packages are always fucked up like they got bounced around in a clothes dryer for about 24 hours straight…
Find out where it leaves from and go pick it up, that’s what I had to do with my Collar when Cabela’s shipped it. They should have the local delivery location listed on the tracking screen that says you can pick it up at this location after 4pm.
Just went through the struggle of that. Fuckin sucks, and the main hub doesn’t allow in person pickup. FedEx blows
I called cabelas and they said FedEx wouldn’t allow me to pick it up from a FedEx location and then FedEx said I couldn’t do that because cabelas put a restriction on it.
I’m just going to stay home tomorrow until I get the delivery.
My Fedex from Cabelas said 11:30-3:30 delivery-signature required. Stayed home- they showed up at 7pm.
Does anyone know how many pic rail slots the grey ops mount take? I wonder if I can get away with the 5 slot section for my Badger C1 max.

Great minds and all. It allllmost fits nicely in a Magpul Daka Organzier but is a bit stretched. Ended up getting a Savior IFAK bag from amazon that will have enough room for my kestrel too. Magpul is releasing a bigger version of the Daka Organizer soon that I'll probably pick up...I really like them.
FYI: This go pro case
go pro case will fit with the neweer QD plate.
