Milwaukee and DeWalt fanboi here... To the point I rock gear with both companies' patches on them. For anything that can be carried on the belt, runs on li-ion and can run for the entire workday and then some, DeWalt HANDS DOWN... Milwaukee Fastback multitool is another lifesaver for those clinchers where you are literally wedged in place on a ladder and it is near impossible to dig through a pouch even on your belt LOL...
Dewalt tools with Milwaukee bits here. Only use for homeowner type stuff but work great. I'm still sticking with gas for chainsaw. Husqvarna does a decent battery saw but way too much money for me. From what I've seen lots of battery can't do back cuts well.

Yep. The ability to generate that torque and impetus to make incisions into hard surfaces, and more importantly, to free those constantly stuck blades/teeth, internal combustion engines have that cornered, period, and until we got batteries that can power a crossbow-sized rail/coil gun for sustained 10+ shots that can send steel flechettes through APC armor, gas engines are here to stay. My personal experience with electric jackhammers are a meh as well for industrial grade jobs. They are good for LIGHT work, but if you are busting old concrete for an upcoming store or warehouse, gotta get the pneumatic ones.

When was the last time a missile was test fired out of a silo ?
The correct terminology is MAF. So that is not their purpose. But I am certainly not an expert and will defer to those who know more. These sites are very active with armed caravans and helicopters buzzing my yard often, so there must be some value in them. I'm still at ground zero due to my proximity to MAFB.
