In my 41 years of working with people with developmental disabilities including many autistic, I have never seen a truly autistic individual who could express themselves the way this individual has.
That’s not to say they are intelligent, They are, surprisingly so, but lacking communicative, and social skills, that intelligence is simply not expressible.
In fact, Autism is “defined” by expressive and social deficits. (As well as repetitive patterns of behavior, activities and interests.)
True Autism should not be confused with disabilities that are lumped into Spectrum disorders such as Asperger syndrome. Those people function fine in society, have great communicative skills, as well as often not even coming close to having at least three of the six major life areas required to have a diagnosis of Developmental Disability. Those areas are 1. Self-care; 2. Receptive and expressive language; 3. Learning; 4. Mobility; 5. Self-direction; 6. Capacity for independent living.
What I all too often saw were people like this young person, who syphon off the necessary and very needed services that parents and caregivers raising and caring for individuals with TRUE Autism “Really Need.”
If you were ever to spend time with a person suffering from Autism, you would have a very hard time forgetting it. If any group of people need help, especially financial help to care for their burden, the care givers of Autistic people need and deserve It

BTW looked into that a bit further. He was struck by sudden onset "neurological syndrome" on Nov 18 of this year, then died Dec. 13. The adverse reactions to the mRNA varies from person to person based on WHERE the spikes accumulate. When they accumulate in heart tissue, the body's immune system attacks the heart, causing heart failure. In some people, the spike proteins may accumulate on the myelin insulating sheaths of nerve networks, and when immune cells attack these nerves, they 'demyelinate' the nerves, short circuiting them, and cause what is known as "locked in syndrome".
