The issue @ 16:54 wasn't just the issue about reverse engineering of Ebola; its that when the Wuhan lab was planned (and funded by NIH) it was given a huge grant based on construction of level 4 labs in Europe by a French construction company. China took that money and gave it to one of their own companies instead with no prior level 4 construction experience.
So, the main defense to defamation/libel etc is if you’re telling the truth. Rudy made literally no defense in his case. I don’t understand why if he was telling the truth and had the receipts to back it up he didn’t do so.
