Our shop is a quarter mile north of our local highschool, same road, all the kids walk by.
We have a big lit sign out front with the removable letters to display. Before we had it fenced off some of the kids would alter the letters and say some real funny shit. I was impressed more than a few times

Believe it or not, I actually drove one just like it, having worked at a Fedex Ground processing center for about a year. It was a 3-wheel electric model (not propane). One had to be extremely careful with it when entering / exiting the trucks and loading unloading stacked pallets from them. I drove that as well as the "Tug" haulers that went between different stations, picking up and dropping off parcels. Eventually, I also got trained and certified in how to drive the tractor cabs for the half semi-trailers. You did not need a CDL to drive them anywhere "inside" the Fedex private property. You just couldn't drive them "off" the property at any time. Not that they needed to be. The "line" drivers took care of that (the ones that had the CDLs). But you would shuttle the full/empty half trailers between open loading ports in the building and the parking area for them. I would have loved to stay on that job if they had just paid a bit more money. And it was a great job for a young kid starting out and learning how to go to work every day. But not so much for someone who had to "earn a living" and feed a family on that income alone.

That said, and in the spirit of "Men and Boys and the cost of their toys," if I ever do hit the Zillion dollar lottery, I have fantasized about buying one just like I used at Fedex. I'd even build a small warehouse building on my 10 acre plot where I'd store various things that required its use.

Yep, before the '80s the only people I ever saw in camo were airmen from the local airbase but not hunting.

Even in the '80s it was only the gear junkies who had a hard time getting limits I ever saw in camo.

This year I'm inventing fishing camo for people who can't catch anything.

My mom has wooden block letters that spell out Merry Christmas she puts out on the fireplace mantle. A few years ago I managed to pull this same switch-a-roo during dinner. By happy coincidence, it was just in time to get the big family photo taken after we finished dessert. No one noticed in the photo until a few days later. One of my proudest moments. I had the biggest shit-eating grin in that photo.

Most of these parasites are not even going to get to use their toys by that point. Almost all of them are double vaxxed and triple+ boosted. Turbo colon cancer rates up 200+%. Lung cancers EXPLODING in young non-smokers. Cancers everywhere. THREE young, woke, and fit managers of a tech firm near our workplace struck down with sudden aggressive cancers and one has tumors all over his body now and he was diagnosed less than a month ago. That guy got into an argument with one of our foremen back in late 2021 because the foreman was outside supervising an offload of concrete without a mask on. Guess who's laughing now BITCH? Actions and stupidity have consequences. If someone was vaxxed back in early 2021 and managed to escape the sudden heart and blood vessel stuff doesn't mean they are out of the woods. Actually it means they had just fallen into a cave system under the woods, and there is no way out.

I can say the same thing about my hometown. I don’t recognize it anymore. Yuppy transplant human trash bought up all the housing and turned whole neighborhoods into rentals and vacant BnBs. Local businesses closed and got replaced by slopchain fastfood and a walmart. Theft and assault are at an all time high. County gravel roads are easier on your suspension than the surface streets. The remaining local holdouts are either too poor to leave, or too rich to care. All i did was blink. What happened?

And now welcome Star Citizen to the club... Be a space trucker and just transport cargo and ore on your capital class freighter with some combat here and there against pirates trying to rob your shit... Or go full Top Gun and sharpen your pilot skills till you are a top tier dogfighting ace. Or be a groundpounder only and engage in infantry battles with a wide range of weapons from bows to plasma pistols to freakin' huge railguns. Everything is here...

All of this is attainable for our own world within the next 200 years... If the leftist parasites do not rot us back into the stone age.
