Apple Watch enabled Calculators

So I recently got an Apple Watch Ultra and it’s a great watch, even though I enjoy my mechanical watches more…. That said why isn’t there more Ballistics Apps that have an Apple Watch version. Would be super easy to port over and offer basic display similar and probably better than the Garmin wrist computer!
