He has commented that it is being "negotiated" in private amongst "the Firm". It is then being rushed for a vote without ample time for review/comments/debate/amendments. So you think he should vote on it without knowing what's in it or what? Or keep quiet about the process?

As far as I know he hasn't made a decision (vote) yet but is complaining about how this bill is being handled. Because the way the bill is being handled he is inclined to not support it.

That is why in the other AI pic above that some mainstream media sites fell for, the creators had all the officers in the room, Brandon included, sitting in a way that most of the front of their bodies are angled away from the "photographer" facing the big screen at the front of the room. That way, any name plates and patches would only be viewable at a sharp angle and very blurred. And the room does not contain any posters or notices that would require coherent text. The second pic with FJB facing the camera directly was most likely the first draft of the artist, and when they saw how the name patch is screwed up, they were like: "All right, make some alterations, have them all sitting facing away from camera, enter the new instructions into the program".
