As everyone else has said, go with the DD Ross bottom metal. I have a handful of you need one, just shoot me a message. I also have a few takeoff scope bases available.

Will do, expect to hear from me soon about the bottom metal, I didnt realize USO was gonna be doing a re-release of the MST-100 so I went ahead and bought the badger, now to sell it. I also picked up the badger scope base, is that very different from the dd ross base?

DD Ross will sell you his bottom metal. If you need his scope mount you’ll need to outside source it or have him build it for you. If you get ahold of him let me know. He’s been incommunicado for about 6 months.

Just some 01’ dated 118LR today, I’ll move into hand loads with it shortly. Averaging 2648fps, SD of 11 and grouping at sub 1/2 MOA. Pretty good for old ammo.

Hard to beat that with handloads other than getting more velocity and lower ES possibly. Those Schneider barrels are tack drivers

Agreed. The loading part for me is more for my own therapy and quiet time, keeps me sane.

Xm-3 for sure. Shorter and more magnification give it the clear edge.
