If the victim has no real criminal history patrick is screwed and will probably plea out before trial. On the other hand if the victim has a real big violent past /warrants etc and patrick still has friends in high places he will fight . gonna become a classic. i think with a lot of coverage and comment from all sides. i think a fix might be planned,but then i don't trust anything any gov does.
