Thinking about this a bit, if the criteria are:
- Unass-able if gun gets stuck
- Some semblance of QD
- Quiet
Almost fail-safe:
- You get a sling with a Fastex buckle, either one near each end or a single centrally located
- Add two metal-bodied BFG wire loops (the non-QD kind)
- Two paraclip weapon-mounted loops; QD socket or MLOK type or use hard-points on the gun (various through-holes etc)
To remove/install sling, pop the Fastex and loop each end through the paraclip/hard-point, then attach each sling end of the Fastex back together.
Alternatively, use one BFG non-QD metal-bodied wire loop and one metal-bodied BFG Belt-Fed loop. Loop the non-QD bit, then QD the Belt Fed loop.
To attach/detach faster, use a ULoop/Paraclip/etc on each end. The easier it is to do this and the lighter (& maybe less metal-y/less noisy) the system, the slightly less secure the system becomes as the moving parts and convenience both increase.
If you want to reduce the noise of an HK hook or other metal connector, see below. I have some from RifleCraft for my wood guns with hunting sling swivels and they do the trick.

Noise discipline is important, and noisy sling swivels are the last thing you want to hear when taking up a shooting position. Swivel Silencers are color coordinated with the elastic keepers included on all RilfeCraft slings. Elastic webbing material is a near-perfect match for all colors...
