A quick look at the data says that black kids are about 67% likely to be raised in a single parent household, but that doesn't really answer the question, because I'd be willing to bet that very few of the remaining 33% who do have two parents are allowed to go down town and engage in that kind of behavior. While we are at it, let's be honest: it's not single parents that are the problem, it's single mothers. It's statistically the worst future a child can have. Over 90% of people incarcerated currently were raised by a single mother. Children raised by single fathers have about a 2% chance of being caught up in the criminal justice system. Look into those studies if you get a minute. It's very clear that single mothers do a horrible job raising children collectively. There are obvious exceptions, but they are very rare.
