Purchased this last year and put a box of ammo through it. With the 3 round test group it has 23 rounds on it.

Nothing wrong with the rifle. Only imperfections are from me taking it out of the safe, it sliding over and knocking another rifle over.

What's with these rifles demanding such a high price tag?

Almost every time I see one posted for sale, it's been bought and sold 3 times and never been fired.

Genuinely curious about the demand, I'm ignorant on the TacOps rifles

Yes, there are many other builders but he has been one of the best ones for decades now. His fit & finishes are top tier, he's knowledgeable and shares frequently on this site.

His rifles entered the realm of collectors many years ago now, and some buy them just to collect.

I myself run everything like a tool. I don't judge because to each their own.

Without users there would be no need for innovation,
Without collectors, the firearms market would miss a lot of needed revenue to keep this sport & industry alive

Remember, most here have never been or will never be a trained sniper, pro level competitive shooter, or stretch any weapon system to its limit. But the market needs everyone
