I was going to get a 12X mil mil for my 22lr to match with the 5-20 hd I have on my other rifle, but now I am going to wait and see if this comes through.

I liked SWFA, noticed that it is all ready at 2,200. I wonder where it started. 5,000 likes should be doable, but 10,000 may be very difficult.

Guys if WE all do a little leg work here, 10,000 "likes" should be easily attainable. There are 68,500+ members on S.H. - Could any of the moderators fire off a mass e-mail to all members asking to "like" SWFA?

S.H. has 9687 "likes"
Brownells has 63,999
Benchmade Knife Co. has 29,879

IF everyone here that isn't on Facebook would sign up that would help. Just sign up and like SWFA. You never need to do anything else. Hell, you can easily de-activate your account after July 15th.

IF everyone who has a F.B. account posts on their wall and asks all their "friends" to like SWFA, that helps too.

E-mail all your contacts and ask them too.

Got friends in the military? I have several who are always online on their down time. Ask them, and ask them to spread the word too.

10,000 and beyond shouldn't be that tough to reach if we collectively get the word out and ask folks.

Create an account, "like" SWFA, and never return to Facebook. You all are acting like it's a lifelong commitment instead of 3 minutes spent to contribute to a group buy.

I don't think the last SWFA group buy got to 10k likes and that one was a pretty big deal. Sure... I clicked it but I can't really say I'm ready to solicit. Just don't see myself as the drink the straw stirs.

Well if they get 10000 likes the price would be unbelievable. Add to that the positive results people have had with their other products, no reason to believe the 1-6 wouldn't be on par with their other optics.

Full disclosure I own a 5-20.

If you really want to get a ton of likes in no time. Get hold of your kids (like middle school and high school age) and tell them to like it. They will pass it around like wild fire and it will be at 10k hits in no time....All they do is live on FB and to LIKE things....

That's why savings for 10,000 is so big bc not a big chance to get there. All I need is 5000 so I can get the 1-6 to match my 5-20 hd I already have.

I agree. they started with I think about 1400 likes. They have been coming in somewhat steadily if not slowly but I have to think at some point it's going to slow down. It would be nice to see them get to 10k but that may be a long shot unless there is some sort of mass event where they get a huge number at once.

Lets just hope they get to 5k and get the 200 off of the main prize for this one. I think it can get there but will probably be a few weeks out at the current rate which doesn't really matter much since they are not going to ship right away anyway. I'll be checking back patiently till then.

There's something seriously wrong if we can't reach our goal. With over 68,000 members just on S.H. not to mention kids and friends, it's awfully pathetic if we can't get this done.
