I just sent my NF 2.5x10 24 in for an overhaul. It was new old stock when I obtained it, having sat on a shelf for 3 years waiting to be pressed into service. Had a problem with a froze on eyepiece (dried assembly lube) and a windage knob that was mushy and not tracking as designed. Clicked 8 times instead of 10 for every MRAD. Sent it in and got in back in less than 10 days. The tech called me and discussed the symptoms, did a complete service, and called me when it was done and ready to return ship. It now works like a Swiss watch, knobs turn smoothly and click 1/10th mil with precision. Just wanted to give them a public thanks for their excellent customer service and world class rifle scopes.
