Help finding people

I'm a lease hound for evil big oil. I find people who own minerals, call them and make them rich, literally. I've recently run into a large block of interest owners who are nearly impossible to locate. I usually use zabasearch, whitepages.com, spokeo, 411.info and I have a paid subscription to peoplefinders. All of these are failing me. I'm not opposed to subscribing to more fee sites but my shitty luck with peoplefinders makes me apprehensive.

I know google-fu is strong with many here, any recommendations?

Thanks

Chris

Re: Help finding people

You ever use Intelius?

Re: Help finding people

I do/have tried the free Intelius it hasn't been much help. The free sites always claim to have the number then when you pay it's not correct.

I would gladly sub this stuff out but I have a nasty confidentiality clause I have to follow and I really like my job. Sorry.

I know people that have used the pay for service and found it works. Anything free is never going to be detailed. You get what you pay for, and when it comes to background info if you're not paying then you're not going to get as much.

Another suggestion is search local GIS or Assesor sites and make friends with a Real Estate Broker in an area of interest. Often there are current addresses or old listings with owner phone numbers.

I whole heartily agree about getting what you pay for. Just want to pay for one that I know will work.
