Has anyone found fault with the Cyclone, other than weight? I can forgive some excess mass for use on a range gun, but performance (accuracy, and to some extent sound) I can't give up. Searching threads shows that the 22.4oz and 9.5" to be the only complaint. The range gun in question is a 6.5CM with a barrel that barely tapers and weighs 2 or 3 tons. But like my dad used to say about girls with junk in the trunk, a large coach rides smooth. I found a great deal on one and haven't found a reason to pass it up.

Great can. Works just as well as my suppressors that cost almost twice as much. Weight is the only downfall. You should be able to get o.e under $700

The only fault I can see with the Cyclone is that it is not rated for use with anything above .308 like the Thunderbeast 30P. But then again you're paying more for that option. It was a toss up between the Cyclone and the Thunderbeast for this reason alone and even though the Cyclone is an awesome suppressor and the price is really amazing I chose the Thunderbeast. I figured it was a difference of $200+/- so instead of buying 2 suppressors I was getting 2 in 1. The Cyclone was quiet as hell and was right there with Surefire, Thunderbeast and other AAC's so it truly is an awesome piece of equipment. If you never plan on moving up from .308 then it's a no brainer buy.

The Form 3 is now submitted. Eventually I will also get a 30P-1, unless the 300-TM is released by that time. Even though I already have 3 AACs and like them very much but, based on what I have heard from a few dealers and AAC's delays in the past I do not think that will happen.

Thanks for your input!
