Range Report Help with .223 75gn VS .204 Ruger 40GN wind deflection @ 600yds

Thinking of buying a rifle in .204. I have 2 .223s already. Question is talking factory loads, Does the 204 40grain bullet buck wind drift better than a .223 75grain BTHP to 600yds? (the maximum distance available to me)

Read about ballistic co efficient. Commonly 'bc.' 'of the bullet'. That will answer your question.

I thought maybe in this instance much higher velocity of the 204 trumped the higher BC of the 75 gn Hornandy;s that I've used in my RRA Varmint and .223 700 MilSpec, Thanks

With enough speed, It might. 40gr to 600, My money is on the [higher bc.] bullet. Hornady 75? Not a bad bullet for 600.
