Suicide watch means you remove everything from the cell and give him a smock to wear, and he is on 15 min checks. You usually have to sign off on some kind of check sheet.

Cameras will be in every hallway to see any officer approaching his cell. Did anyone notice they found him just before 7am ? This is shift change. It was done on night shift when things are quieter and office staff are at a minimum.

It is impossible for him to hang himself without "assistance" from an officer.

The DOJ will find that bigfoot snuck into his cell, gave him a quick handy, winnie the poo blanky, then left the facility quietly......uhhh and no officers will be at fault...
