Crowd Design a SH Hoodie

Okay no more dicking around.

I do like the idea of velcro to put a US flag of my choice and perhaps a "Dont Tread on Me" or something on the other sleeve to trigger SJWs.

Any chance this could be of some sort of material other than cotton?

Something perhaps of a "soft shell" type material.

Pull over, anorak style with a 1/4 zip at the throat. Pass through handwarmer tunnel pocket over the belly area. Zip close pockets on the biceps below the velcro loop patch zones.

Lucked out and bought a surplus "Beyond Clothing" soft shell that was a "one of" hanging on the rack amongst a bunch of typical issue rain gear this spring. I think it was a mistake on the part of the shop owner. He probably got it in a pallet of used gear and didnt know what he had. Its pretty much brand new and he had it priced at $125. I hurt my arm snapping out the wallet. The First Navy Jack moral patch hidden in the zip sleeve pocket gave it the air of Special Seamen.

The jacket I bought is a great jacket a pullover anorak would be a great compliment to it.

Im thinking a hoodie of that material is warmer, without being winter warm, for three season use or as a layer, while offering a little bit of rain protection not being the sponge cotton is.

Downside that type of material/construction likely wont sell at a price cheap people like me will buy.

Probably with the respect @lowlight commands in the industry and the honor of sporting a SH logo clothing manufacturers will take a loss for the honor of producing these......

or there is always Condor....

Sounds like you're almost asking for a custom embroidered Varusteleka hoodie, that @lowlight is always talking about. Having one as well, I'd be done for something like that....

Im a sucker for wool.

No finer fabric 3 seasons of the year in the Northeast and good for at least one or two days in summer. Even peeps in Florida, especially if near the water, might find use for wool.

I like that design but ditch the full zip for a 1/4 zip.

Use that belly real estate for a pass through hand warmer pocket.

You could toss empty mags in there, keep a sammich or hide the fact your playing pocket pool with yourself while sitting in PSR I class.



PS - adding nylon over the shoulder and at the elbows would provide that rain shedding/wear feature that makes this a great piece of gear.


Can they be in Coyote cause any other color doesnt scream tactical and the only reason I dress in this stuff is to fool people into thinking Im "capable" or something.

I like the idea of a reticle on the back with a distant "target", maybe a bear for the pit, etc. Not in the crosshair but at a holdover point showing it is a quick acquisition shot at long distance. Somewhere in the 10 mil range would indicate a nice ELR holdover. Instead of numbers on the mil lines you could incorporate some of the sayings if you wanted. You'd have to be in the know to get it and really have to look at it to see whats going on.

While I get that a small chest logo on the front is the same price as a full frontal, i'd vote for the small chest "S" logo.


Buy more ammo...... use it one shot at a time.

Buy more ammo, use sparingly.

To go with that line of thinking, if there's going to be 'hold overs' on a reticle then one would need to add "kentucky windage" as well, with some sort of flag/pennant/laundry/bent grasses sorta thing.

One the front, just a simply 'glowing red dot' would sure make others wonder...... I'm just saying.

Heres what i have planned.

Once we settle on a design.

In a new thread I will provide several options of styles (hoodies, zip up, 1/4 zip, hard shell) and sizes to choose from, color will be limited to a few as to not get super convoluted.

Each style will carry a different price based on what type of material/style it is.

I will give it 2 weeks for everyone to get their orders and payment to me.

After I close the orders, I hope to start shipping everything in 2-3 weeks time.

Faster we get this design knocked out, faster everyone gets some badass custom gear

I know an artist that is ridiculously good on abstract art that could blend in cross hairs, targets, camo, mamo, ammo, guns, whiskey, Frank's sun glasses, words, names, logos, MAGA, skulls etc. Assume that would be screen printed when done. If you want a wild exotic draft PM me and tell me what items you want in it, or I can send pictures of some of the wild stuff she's done. How about a tornado shape with SH logo on top and all the crazy stuff blended into, and flying out of the funnel all around, with an American Flag flying undamaged after the SH storm blew past.

I want some when you're done no matter what it looks like.

Though my opinion doesn’t matter at all, i am in for one of whatever. However i think if there is a “ snipers hide” on it somewhere, some unsavory folks will see it when worn out in public and sign up and stir up all kind of hate and discontent. If that makes any sense.

I agree that the "shield shape" of the coat-of-arms should be the IPSC target profile. But there should be 2, the front one being "no shoot". Adds to the premise, no?

I like incorporating "Hammer Forged" into it. A lot of times the shields on coats of arms are divided up into quadrants with different symbolism in each quad. That's where you could have some "in the know" imagery or text maybe. Frank's hammer in one corner?

Move the bipod forward, change the tip of the stock (looks like an ADL), remove the sunshade, make the scope tube thicker, and for God's sake, put a bigger bolt knob on it.
