Letter taped to a friend's mailbox in Barre, VT.

Really? Cats are invasive species? She will exterminate her neighbor's tabby on her "Nature Preserve?" Which is what we call a 'yard' here in the sticks? Like the plant she is saving us from?

I left this bi%$h's letter unexpurgated because such retarded-ness and POS actions deserve full disclosure.

How %$#*ing pathetic is this twat. She gets up in the morning saving the planet from her 'invasive species' on her "nature preserve"

What a sub human POS.

You know "WE" know someone that can put those number to very good use, right? I'd call on him, so to speak........

Meh cat from across the street is over hear often . We have bird feeders and only once and recently it got a bird . Once found cat ahit . Have never found mice in or around the house , out in the shed it's crazy but house is good to go . Vrateful for the cat and I dont even have to feed it .Actually thought about getting a cat when I re do the shed . It'll have heat and ac ao the cat will be comfy .

Just before I left to come in to work a bit ago we had one of the neighbors cats posted up at the base of my big ass stump with a tree growing outta it. It's where my squirrels live. I got bird feeders and spread seed n stuff for the Deer as well. If that darn cat, see what I did there?, snags one of them squirrels or a bird, good on him, that's what they do. He's also welcome to crawl under my Pole Bldg Doors to devastate Mice as well. Seen him in there, I'm good with it. I've offed many a Cat, but not for hunting. Pretty certain hell is coming her way.......

We don't have any cats, feral or not, out here except for bobcats and mountain lions. We do have quite a few coyotes, I hear them most nights. Maybe they keep the cat population under control. Maybe she needs to get a mess of coyotes.

I wondered where my old next door neighbor moved to......well now I know.

Another MA Lib graduates to become an Uber VT socialist.

She would fit right in in Concord, MA.

Yes that Concord with the bridge.

Few years ago they voted to have a cat leash law.

The cat leash law actually didnt pass surprisingly but they banned the sale of bottled water in any container smaller than a gallon.

So you want a water in Concord now its either a diet coke or by the gallon.

Dear Wendy,

What in the fuck are you smoking? It must be some good shit as it has you out of your mind.

Please stop by my house anytime as I have some sand you can go pound.

I have come to the conclusion that you may be an invasive parasite and need to be sprayed with skunk scent so you will leave.

Kindest regards, Your neighbor

Thank you for your phone number, I have some friends that want to have a "Telephone Hour" with you.

Well, now. That just wasn’t very bright, now was it ?:whistle::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Goes both ways.

Keep your cat on your property. Just because it’s a “outside” cat doesn’t mean I want it on my property. It wanders on my dirt it’s fair game.

Flip side if she is regulating what She thinks a sanctuary is then she has it coming. It’s either nature or a zoo, not both.

Pellet rifle for cats and birds depending in what side of the fence you are on.

Figuratively and physically.

So this works for neighbor kids that violate your precious boundary as well right? You know, young neighbor kids that don't know no better................

lol It's a Fucking Cat! This is becoming more entertaining than I thought it would....

You know, a person could give that number on a donation line for cat welfare or something similar or multiple somethings similar and the constant calls could be epic.............

Let’s not get out of hand

As a kid I knew if I jumped a fence I was in someone else’s world.

Could be a dog, pissed off older brother or a pellet gun.

Enter at my own risk.

I also grew up and still live in suburbia with fences and such.

Just because a cat/animal doesn’t comprehend property lines doesn’t mean I forget them.

I don’t want animal using my yard as a bathroom.

Allergic to dogs and fur in general...love playing with dogs and such just can’t have one.

But because my yard is surrounded by “dog houses” my yard is like Disney. Anything that comes in isn’t mine.

Had a cat last year stalking a family of ducks that come back every year..wasn’t about to let that happen.

Cat was “forced” off my yard, and as expected voles not moles ate my plants. Took care of them next.

The letter is stupid but keep your life out of mine. Your cat eats “my duck” because he lands in the wrong pool..oh well.

I’m not calling you or the aspca.

Edit: someone read it several times catching a spelling error ?

That you feel you HAD to take the time to type that grovel is telling.

And it's "your"

I'd kill a genuinely feral cat if I had to no question. I'd do it to keep my dog outta a vet trip for sure but I'm not gonna cap someone's pet anything unless I absolutely have to. I think it's the owner's responsibility to stay in their own fucking lane with where their pets wander if they expect those pets to live long lives. I can't count how many outdoor cats I've seen disappear in my life but it's pretty nuts.

I'd probably do some dick shit like trap the cat and then give it back freely but charge them for trapping it. Give em an indexed copy of the receipt, see if that cat comes to play on my bird feeder anymore. Course I actually like my neighbors, have a dog, and don't give a fuck for birds.

Yeah, bout that..... keep mittens the fuck outta anyone else yard. You own a big ass farm or can keep fluffy out of others back yards, so be it, but don’t be surprised that your ferrel cat (spends more than 10% of it time outside of it “owners” property, unleashed) ends up with lead poisoning or live trapped and taken somewhere.

i have property in the sticks, decent chunk of land, few people live in the area, they let their cats and dogs run free. Disturbing nature and killing animals at will. I have them on game camera. This isn’t a couple feet or even a couple hundred feet inside my fence, to me they are pests that need to be put down.

Yep been bow hunting on private land and had some damn dog come running up out of no where’s and chase the deer...

Bear hunters are the worst, they’ll release the damn hound dogs and let them run all over everyone’s land. Then come knocking on your door when the radio tracking collar is pinging from within your land. Asking if they can come on your land a look for it. “You dog ain’t here man”... bear hunter says “but its tracker says its right over the hill side there on your land”... “your dog ain’t here man”...
I have them on camera once or twice a week for almost a year. The cat(its fat and young) is on camera every other week. I have one video of it walking through, next video a minute later has a bobcat going the same way. But the cat is still showing up.

there is 3 dogs, big, all have collars. I followed them a half mile away one day, so they are cruising a BIG area. Very skittish. Shoulda shot em when i had the chance.

its not the animals fault, its the owners. That won’t stop me from protecting my animals or my land. My kid has 2 tiny dogs, 5#& 6#’s, very mellow, stay right by you, but if these big dogs got to em when they were outside, it would be over in a second.
My 5x5 deer stopped coming around ever since these dogs came around, so have the doe now too, could be coincidence but i see no other reason for it, can’t hunt doe here and buck tags are very hard to come by, its a small unit.

My friend has a neighbor like that at the end of a dead end street. She goes out and pulls every dandelion she finds by hand. Makes it so much more enjoyable to watch my kids blowing dandelions into the wind. I think I would be tempted to trap all the stray cats I could find and release in her yard.. then go tell her I could trap all those invasive species for a small fee..

I don't know the situation in the US, but here in Oz we have a serious problem with cats, both feral and "domesticated".

I have a very simple rule of thumb here on this sheep property: if it hasn't got an ear tag and it's not native, it won't survive discovery here.

So far, the biggest cat I've given the good news was 8.75kg, plus whatever it's head might have weighed. That's big enough to take down a lamb, let alone a bird.

I am a long way from the nearest town so the chances of someone's pet wandering in are remote, but I'm not about to risk letting even one feral get away by checking either.
