Firearms Custom Gradous Rifles 6.5 cm - Surgeon 591 / BM, Jewell Triggers, McMillan A-5, Cerakote

Times are tough, gotta let go of one of my favorites. 6.5cm on a Surgeon 591 action, custom built by Robert Gradous.

I bought this rifle on SH a couple years ago and have unfortunately not had much time behind it, but the time I did have was incredible.

I am waiting to confirm all of the build specs as I'm currently away from it and not the original owner, but wanted to get the post live.

Draft Specs:
- Surgeon 591 Action and bottom metal
- Jewell HVR (system has one of the cleanest triggers I've ever used)
- Krieger or Bartlein barrel
- McMillan A-5 Stock

The Surgeon 591 action, bottom metal, McMillan A-5, and HVR are confirmed - only things I'm unsure of is the barrel manufacturer. I believe I recall it to be a Krieger or Bartlein, 26 in either MTU or Heavy Palma. The barrel is stamped by Gradous and he usually only uses those two (or Broughton / Hawk Hill), but given he's currently focused on his health, I don't expect to get confirmation on the barrel.

I learned of Robert's passing shortly after this posting. I have therefore spent the past several months trying to position myself to keep the rifle, but it doesn't seem I'll be able to.... I'm leaving this note on the thread that the rifle is still available, please reach out with any questions.

It truly is a phenomenal system built by an extraordinary champion of the industry, trade, and sport.
