Suppressors Thunder Beast Dominus

CB versions have already started to ship. SR versions should start shortly.

In our invoice/status system, if it says "serial numbers are pending" it means we have the serial number already built and allocated but are waiting on something from the dealer/customer in order to file the Form 3 (usually a deposit/payment or the SOT is out of date).

Any idea when SilencerShop is getting their first ones in? I’m rumored to have the first one in the queue with them....

Hmm was just about to order an Ultra 7. Would there be any reason to get an Ultra 7 over a Dominus CB? Seems like the Dominus does everything better.

Capitol Armory called me Friday indicating they have the 1st of the two Dominus CBs I order thru them. Sounds like it may be a couple more weeks before they get more in to fill my 2nd order. Definitely good news that these are starting to show up at dealers now.

I got on the que with Capitol Armory by calling them. They wanted payment up front to reserve one but they seemed to be on the forefront of orders so I committed to them in May and again in June.
I had first tried Silencer Shop as I had prior experience with them but there didn't seem to be anyway to get them to reserve one for me which is what lead me to Capitol Armory. In the end, my local SOT is hooked into Silencer Shop and everything is feeding back through their system anyway so the process has been pretty painless other than getting my local SOT to actually remember to enter it into the system. Both Silencer Shop and Capitol Armory have been good in my experience through this spilt process.

Just bought one from Mile High!!

Oh man I've been on Mile High's waiting list for months and when I called yesterday, they said they didn't have any and it could be anywhere from 1 to 8 months before I can get one from them :(

Mile high doesn’t list them on the site. Have they just not updated anything?

I called them back in March to get on their wait list, I think I was like number 6 or 7 at the time. They called me last week when they came in and told me I had 24 hours if I wanted to buy it. Sounded like they have a pretty substantial waitlist right now, but they can tell you how many people would be in front of you.

I got my call from them last week during the evening while working. I called them back the next morning as they opened and they were sold out. I never got 24 hours...

...sexy....

I'm impressed with anyone obtaining 4 Dominus already. I'm still waiting for my second one but hoping to get it soon. Kind of wondering what vendor got C30001 which I'm assuming was the first one?

I'm on a couple of different waiting lists. I really hope I can get the next wait started somewhat soon.

Just bought an SR! First TBAC suppressor for me.

Now I just need to figure out where to buy 1/2-28 muzzle devices for it.

If you find them, please post here. I am assuming they will show up at some point during the stamp wait at MHSA, but if someone else has them, I'll get one ordered.

So torn on this... part of me wants to blow the money and just get the wait time started. Part of me knows that the 338 Ultra will suffice just as well as I don't need this things SURG capabilities or lighter weight at the moment. One day I will own one to run on my AR as the 338 i bought is also a SR mount.

this is what I did.

338SR and DominusSR

if only A419 would make a sidewinder adapter for the SRs

I went the opposite direction, 338Ultra and Dominus CB, because Area419 makes sidewinder and hellfire adapters adapters and I didn’t want to be handicapped
to the TBAC SR brakes.

Had I gone the CB route with you, I would of saved enough to help justify splurging on the Dominus also. Owell, I doubt the SR brake will disappoint. I don't feel handicapped with their CB brake, but I also haven't had the chance to experience the Area419 goodies.

honestly there's no comparison between a CB/SR brake and an A419 brake

I second @blbennett1288 route. Ordered the A419 TBAC brake/adapter. With the Hellfire system, they have barrel adapters to cover the most common threads. I’ll be able to switch between 2p brake, 3p brake, and Dominus CB on 2 ARs and 2 rifles.

I just picked up the Dominus SR .... nice. Have the ultras (6.5, 7, 9 etc) and the 22 been a while since i bought a TB -- happy times.

i seen on the TB website a SR mount that is a flash hider (similar to the CB flash hider) - not a muzzle brake ---- is there plans to have that offered?

Don't mean to get off-topic here, but I'm semi new to suppressors (TB TD22 and Ultra 9 currently in jail), but what's the advantage of using an Area 419 brake over the TB brakes?

The A419 brake is better then TBAC brake. The TBAC brake remains on the barrel when you remove the suppressor vs having to screw the A419 brake back on. To me, the biggest advantage of the A419 system is the barrel adaptor ($40) vs having to buy a new brake per barrel.

I was told they will be available in about 4 months.

Thanks! And thanks for getting my new SR to my dealer so quickly!

Better pix:

Nice looking set-up. Almost makes me wish I got the CB for that weight savings and sleek look. Was looking more for a light hard-use can than a light precision can though, so hopefully I'll be happy with my choice. I guess I'll find out in 6-13 months.
