I think what Freakonomics shows is that humans are razor sharp rational in their decision making but the "enlightened" elites are unable to comprehend all outcomes.

So take an example of the Israeli child care that decided to impose a penalty upon parents of kids in child care that showed up late.

The parents immediately determined that the cost of the penalty was less than the benefit of being late and that resulted in even more kids being left late at the child care facility.

Every time the elite has come up with "the solution" the masses find a work around.

CA gun restrictions as an example - "Tool required for Mag Removal" = "Bullet Button", "No PIstol Grip" = "Shark Fin".

If the masses come up with ways to overcome a restriction than you shouldn't be fucking around with the restriction in the first place.

Who is being "irrational" when they wont take "No!" for an answer?

Haven't read the article, but Soros studied a bit under Popper and admired him. Popper didn't consider Soros his great protege, and he sure as hell didn't feed him whatever Soros is up to. Rather, Popper is on record everywhere as being most influenced by his closest friend F. Hayek, and was a founding member of Mount Pelerin. Yes, he was not as libertarian as Hayek, but he was as close to a classical liberal as you would find, and should not be tarred by Soros claiming him.

1. Pedophilia is awful. It is also a specific disorder. It does not refer to forcing yourself on actresses, swimming in the nude, or even liking 16 year old girls. It refers to having sexual desires for pre pubescents.

2. I have seen no indication of sexual desires or actions by Joe Biden toward pre pubescents. I have seen a lot of things that people have posted trying to make something seem what it is not.

3. I believe Joe Biden is inappropriately handsy with people, male, female, young, old, and I believe this is atrocious behavior. I do not think it is pedophilia.

4. I do not like Joe Biden's politics, and I do not like his persona or personality. Never have.

5. I did not vote for Joe Biden.

6. I think it is bad for Sniper's Hide to be riddled with conspiracy theories like Joe Biden is a pedophile etc. I think it makes the site even more of a target.

7. I think reality is important.

The problem is that at a precinct level, where you are talking about 4-600 votes cast, it is not a large enough number for it to qualify. In accounting, yes, because you are dealing with bigger numbers, but at the precinct level, with 2bl, you are literally talking about one and two digit numbers.
