We were trained that even if you shoot someone three times in the head... at least go through ABC and first aid until the EMT's take over. We aren't medical professionals. Until the medicos take over, a perp is treated as a threat until they are not a threat. Then they are afforded treatment commensurate with a captive ward of the state and, if medical conditions are present, potentially they are treated rescue victim.
Sadly, the rioting and the professional crap-disturbers will engage in a 100 percent discount shopping spree with Arson bonuses no matter what happens. so trained medical professionals, with police on scene, did not feel safe treating Floyd.
but a few officers, who are not trained medical professionals, are expected to do useless CPR, restrain a potentially dangerous suspect, and keep an angry crowd in check?
the problem is, we keep treating the "outrage" as legitimate .....its not....its is 100% manufactured to further a narrative, and to give people an excuse to steal some TVs.
