Physical Fitness Is anyone here frustrated from having fat physique like me??

Bear Pit Exercise Routine
I am exercising daily.
Still, 500 bucks you can suck out the fat in some back alley operating room and be a bangin hot chiva diva tomarrow. Then either stay on the diet and stay thin or eat all ya want and rinse repeat every 6 months to a year... problem solved. Bounus, the can nove the fat to places ya want it more too... sculpt the new you you always wanted from the old you you used to love lmao.

Maybe you are just naturally curvy.
It's possible to be a larger body type and fit.
Not everyone can be a goddess in human form.

Push aways. Push your ass away from the table, refrigerator and snack cabinet. And get the fuck off the couch
Above, and get the fuck off the couch...if you just start by walking every day for about an 1HR you will see results in a month.Burpees and start out slow,or you will hurt something.

Can you post a video of you doing a workout ? I'm sure some of the more professional health experts on here can give you a few pointers and tips to help you improve. That way they will be able to critique the routine, and then suggest other possible workouts you can do to isolate the trouble areas.

I visit the clinic for frequent checkups of my health and there is no medical problem in my body.
Than its time for a mental health professional to find out what your issues are .
I am guessing its probably a constant need for attention .
Which is why your posting here .
Good luck with your trolling attention posts .
Bye now .

not really! attention has never been my focus. It's just I want to know other ways to lose weight because exercising, drinking more water, and doing physical activities with a diet plan is what a person can do! so, apart from this, I wanted to know what else I can do to keep my body in shape?

High colonics perhaps?

Supplements for fitness. In my opinion are protein. I will drink a protein supplement after workouts, but my main supplements are steak, chicken, Turkey and fish. My habitual diet is a big part of my fitness program. I no longer eat chips, fries, doughnuts, or generally fried foods. White breads 👎🏻, pumpernickel and rye bread 👍🏻
I’ve never been a fan of fish, but occasionally an old dog can learn a new trick.

Can someone tell me about taking supplements for fitness?? I mean is it safe??

Supplements, you say???

I'd be careful around these things if I were you...

ETA: There is a reason why I once ate 5 Granny Smith apples in one day and nothing happened to me, except a feeling of slight fullness... If I were to take 5 scoops of a "supplement" instead....... well.... I think we can figure out what would happen, right?

Hi,

And there is the hook, line and sinker....

Next post will be asking about abc supplement with links. Spam bot rules.

You all have noticed that it has done everything suggested but nothing works right??
Well that is not how any of that works....at all.

You cannot reduce/limit your daily calories while exercising, while drinking nothing but water, etc etc and still be a fat cow.....

Sincerely,
Theis

So it’s not for sale yet? Please let me know when

have you tried eating only one meal a day and fasting the rest of the time?
this is also a thing now.

A buddy of mine does that. He also gets in a ~60hr fast once per week. It works very well for him.

I do better with three squares/day, with roughly even proportions of the three macronutrients.

I strongly suspect there are a number of biological effects that influence the impact of a particular diet, and that some of these are indeed hereditary. But that's a poor excuse for accepting poor fitness.

yup, and i have to accept that some things dietary wise work for some and not for others, assuming they are honest about calorie intake.

I'll bet Theis called this one. Pretty sneaky. Choosing a feminine name was perfect for this place.

There are so many, it would be impossible to answer that question here.
yes, I know there are a lot of supplements available but I just want to know if it's safe to consume or not?

I have heard about its side effects many times so I am a little scared of consuming it!

yes, but I don't consider consuming fish as any supplement because it's a natural source of protein. One of my friends used to take protein shake after workouts but gradually he felt no hunger after consuming protein shakes and this way his body was getting weak too! So, he stopped taking that protein shake and switch his diet to a normal vegetarian diet and in just 01 to 02 months he put on more weight than he has before.

So, the conclusion I saw here is if consuming supplements makes your body weak internally then you should better stop consuming it and switch on to a natural and healthy diet (ignoring fried/oily and sugary meals). \

I don't know if I think right or not?

Hi Theis,

I really appreciate your valuable comment on my post but I request you to not judge anyone for any reason!
Few days back, one of my friends suggested me to start consuming supplements so I just thought to discuss it here because this platform includes experienced people too and I think an experienced person can guide me better!

Thank You!

Calorie intake is the easy part. How much is your body actually burning? Most people have absolutely no fuckin' clue about the other half of the in/out equation. They're stuck using stupidly oversimplified rules of thumb ("an adult male burns 2000 kcal/day"), or whatever generalized model their smart watch fitness tracker is applying using heart rate, step count, etc. Even those using actual power measurement devices on bikes and rowers are only getting part of the story. So, yeah, go ahead and precisely weigh every portion of food, but good luck figuring out if you're in a calorie deficit or not on any particular day.
