Well thanks sir. I don't really have any family; so I'm not that concerned about them. That said, I am terribly concerned about myself (I'm greedy, I value my life). I may try the religious exemption or medical (I think I have a good reason for that one, but getting any doctor to sign off on that is like finding a "Squatch" in the flesh). So, I'll just let them fire me.

The thing that really pisses me off is that I work from home!!!!!!!!!!! I've been into the office < 6 times in 18 months. All but 2x was when nobody else was in the office.

Make sure you print ALL emails to and from your employer. Of course keep any hard copy they may send you. If they have personally notified you of this OFFICAL POLICY, demand a copy of that document. Information will be your friend. Keep everything, but give them nothing to use against you. Don't get into a pissing match with any boss or coworker. Stay professional at all times. Don't give them other reasons to fire you other than the noncompliance of this Covid policy.

I'm getting deviations from my customers to use alternate materials along with changes to designs to use what we can find available. It's a nice theory, but employers are generally not prohibited by HIPAA from requesting or acquiring this data. Your medical provider (who *is* covered by HIPAA) cannot disclose this information to your employer without your permission, but that's a different matter.

The best legal recourse may be along the line of claiming that you have a medical reason which prohibits you from receiving the vaccine, and that this medical reason is also a disability covered by ADA. The employer would also need to apply the policy uniformly; firing some but not all unvaccinated employees would likely create a legal issue.

Once again, this generally varies by state, but workers don't have a lot of legal rights by which to keep their jobs.

I don't recall who/where the presentation was made by but they addressed this.

It was mentioned that the vaccine had an odd effect on the immune system and they were observing a reduction in immunosuppressive activity regarding normally benign and sometimes not so benign viral and pathogenic conditions.

HPV was used as an example of a viral infection most sexually active adults encounter and fight off/suppress on their own without any assistance and they were seeing upticks in people with a active HPV infections.

They drew a similar conclusion about cancer as that's a disease your body actively suppresses when it's healthy so the question became: are we about to see a massive uptick in people with cancerous tumors after vaccination.

Scary stuff.

So I have been thinking through the implications here. I'm not trying to be overly fantastic or paint with too big of a brush because that's not helping anything and we just don't know for sure yet. However, what you are describing is a vaccine that has POTENTIALLY caused future immune deficiency. That could make it similar in result to another Acquired Immune Deficiency, though obviously different in its method of action.
