Rittenhouse Trial

Serious question here...

Was that talk about a mistrial real or rumors and if it is declared a mistrial, when and who makes that call? Before or after the jury reads their verdict?

I think it was an honest observation to the conduct. I'm not sure now if there's still that card to play.

Believe it or not, it's still in play. The judge has the option to declare the mistrial, even after the verdict is rendered. And, he just might do that if there are convictions. Verdicts can be vacated. What matters is when the judge adjudicates the case.

George Soros is a jew. He funds pretty much of the anti U.S. crowd here. From what I understand, he betrayed his own people with the Nazis.
I think the better way to describe these folks is “atheistic committed communist with Jewish heritage.”

Being a Commie had nothing to do with being a practicing member of any faith. They give that up for the religion of statism.

Leave religion out of this.

not guilty.

BUT, I bet this judge reads the verdict himself, dismisses the jury after reading the acquittal, and dismisses the case with prejudice as a mistrial.

Thereby saving the jury from the wrath of the mob, delivering justice, and securing his seat next to Jefferson as a patriot.

Are you available for bed time stories? I would probably sleep better after some of that.

That he used an AR is just a ''bonus" to them, but it's not really the issue they're after him for. Kyle represents the Right and their belief in the right to defend life and property against those who would try to destroy or take it forcibly. The Left is trying mightily to establish that THEY (and only they) CAN take or destroy life and/or property from their political enemies with impunity, and you will be punished if you try and stop them. THAT is what they're trying to establish by prosecuting him. The AR is just icing on the cake. If he'd have used a Glock (27 is what the moron was carrying) to accomplish the same thing under the same circumstances they'd have still prosecuted him, but they'd have a less glamorous "show" to put on.

This, exactly this! This is a case that represents any future self defense case. It’s super important! Let’s pray for everyone involved and that the jury does what’s right and gives a not guilty verdict.

I know this will ruffle feathers , To those it does use them to tickle your wife/gf/butt buddy's ass
When the FBI withholds exculpatory evidence (this case and russian hoax)or provokes/incites/promotes violence(Jan 6 by escorting antifa buses to the capitol and at least one of the mass shootingsCulver City) Who are we supposed to turn to? It is happening with more and more frequency and more deadly results. To all the current and former agents defend this paragraph above and start with the fact that your IG (Horawitch sp) only found 3 interviews with Dachanko(sp) there were 5. Audio evidence from the WH of Brennan telling shitstain about the russian op. The Video evidence from the drone would have never made it if it wasn't leaked. The hi res is still missing.
The Culver city mess. There is no defense you can muster to put a doubt that it was not an FBI operation to make that a mass shooting at the draw the goat fucker contest. Hope you're proud of your service if you retired because you did nothing to correct this and now it is turning into the stasi or kgb because of your lack of actions.

Prove me wrong

Anyone see this asshat in front of the court house with his home made bull horn… that is a lamp shade?

It’s not Jews per say, it’s the satanic blood cult who happens to have (((them))) as members. There are families with generational members with a single goal in mind.

If the judge was going to lawlessly take the case into his own hands, he would have done so a long time ago. And if what I think you're describing occurred, it could be appealed.

This trial is also about something that has been discussed here in multiple threads. A 17 yr old kid who is just starting out in life isn't thinking about losing everything he's worked his entire life to build. Any one of us may have done exactly what KR did if we had nothing to lose or worse, faced losing everything we have. The older and further along you get, the more risk averse you become. Have a family, home, job, ect., and you are less likely to put yourself in a position where those things can be taken from you. When KR is found not guilty, the elite left will lose their collective minds in part because it will confirm that self defense with a firearm is legal. I hope that the not guilty verdict will empower more good people who have something to lose to stand up for what is right and stand against the tyranny of the leftist mob.

"Life" in prison is a lot longer for him than it'd be for me.

But I've seen argument that the entire episode still acts as a deterrent to others, and I tend to agree.

Look what they put him through, for over a year; trial costs of ~ $1 million, all social media strikes and bans, financial institutions and places like GoFundMe strike and ban, media demonizes and you might lose your job, residence, reputation. Many will look at this and think, "Not worth it."

I think this is still a "success" in their mind. Besides, if he walks, it will further support their foregone conclusion, "The system and everyone of those dumb fucks that support Kyle, are racist bastards that deserve to die." (paraphrasing "their" argument)

If that's all the defense a million dollars buys, I'm a bit disappointed. They looked like amateurs in there, all of 'em.

I'm at the point it's not really a deterrent for me.

You ever been to prison? If so, I'll have to defer to you on that one.

Don't panic just yet. I was foreman on a slam dunk conviction for a self-defense case and it still took us 2-3 hours to deliberate. (Tough cal;l on self defense when you run into your house to get a knife, run back out and then stab the gf of the person 'attacking' you) First vote was 12-0 guilty--we just argued on which of the charges (main or lesser). We took time to look things over though. Long story short, we were all in agreement pretty much and it still took hours a while to come to a decision. So as long as we get something today or tommorow, it looks good for him.

Also we picked up o n what a bunch of sleazes everyone was who was involved--even the 'attacked' group. In good ol fashion justice we wanted to go out and get one of the witness and charge his ass too.

After that--its a hung jury. They might come back with some of the lesser charges. We're a pretty pro-Kyle crowd, but my son (who has not followed the case), thought he should get some punishment.

Unless he rolled snake-eyes and got 12 libs in which case he'll fry.

My bet is still a hung jury (and its the choice of prosecutor to re-try--unless judge dismisses with prejudice).
