Only valid if they signed a non-compete clause. This is VERY common when doctors join practices or hospitals, since they often are given continuing education or proprietary procedural knowledge, but usually include a mileage range, i.e. cannot practice within 15 , 20 or 30 miles. In this case, since there is no contract they absolutely should be allowed to change jobs.

Yep, awesome stuff. Unfortunately, as some have alluded to in this particular part of The Hide, it's doubtful anything will come of it. I think so many people have jumped in with both feet on vaccines (even though it's not a vaccine) there is no going back. Both sides of the aisle are on record vaunting the benefits that they have no way out. Other than our Meatloaf look alike Senator here in MT, we had a big red wave come through. Other than a few outliers, most have been pretty pro vaccine, but erring on the side of "choice".
This is scary as shit, and it's going to be an even tougher sell saying the vaccines created a super strain of covid than it is saying they are ineffective. Misery loves company, and there are hundreds of millions of vaccinated people out there who will do or say anything to defend their choice.

But very difficult to accomplish- for a micro example, just look at the topic here at SH of avoiding CCP companies that make shooting related products, like Holoson for example- it should be a slam dunk to wanna boycott the China Communist Party, but there are plenty of Karens who shout it down- because the Karens are not our allies in this culture war.

My CSM started calling me "Road Rash." After the last, I tried to "hide" it. I did not go to the Doc as I was Gubmint property.
Turns out, his brother was a Hells Angel in NC, and CSM laughed when I showed up to formation, covered in ice and snow each morning. LOL. He knew some shit happened as I was moving janky.
CSM was 7th Group through and through his career.

What I find odd...is when you are talking to someone who also knew the individual and they state "oh, they had covid x weeks ago", then you state, "they were fully vaxxed AND boosted". You get an immediate "well it wasn't related" retort.
I find it interesting. I do not think the people who chose the vaxx will ever be willing to even consider the possible connection, which is scary. I said you don't know they aren't related just the same as I don't know if they are. What is concerning is you can't even touch the topic, at all...it's completely off limits.
Vast majority of bad outcomes I personally know of seem to be vaxx plus a bad case of the vid19.

VAIDS is also appearing to take place. I have relatives working in hospitals. All their "vaxxed" coworkers are consistently out sick. The vaccine free staff end up taking over their shifts.
