Why does this surprise anyone? Trump was 100% correct when he called it a swamp of scum and corruption. Even the most basic examination by an honest agency would have found massive voter fraud and theft of a national election.
We have no leg to stand on as a beacon of freedom and justice in the world, any longer.

If I follow your question correctly, then yes, the private sector company would have to be liable for the employee's disabilities. That's between the employee and the employer.
You offer the caveat "AFTER" in the premise of your question. Does it really matter? The employee could have stood their ground like I am doing now; risking the possibility of getting fired. There are plenty of other folks like myself who have already been fired.

Some employers have shown some backbone and refused to follow the mandate. Kudos to them. If it turns out that sometime down the road, employees forced to get the jab have complications then a private sector employer ought to be held liable. I think their immunity should be voided because they did not perform necessary clinical trials in valid manner (the methodological flaws alone should void any trials) and failure to inform people of risks as soon as they were aware - huge violation of bioethics. (Oh, but Dr. Fauci 's wife was in charge of FDA's Bioethics committee - gee no conflict).

I would be more understanding if there was minimal effort to protect our border and sovereignty...I never heard anyone from a NATO country offering advice or telling Xiden how to protect OUR border. We gave Ukraine arms, which is about as far as it should go IMHO. The EU is closer, let them send troops. We wouldn't even be in this position if Xiden hadn't let NORD 2 go through - Trump's hardline and sanction/threats were working just fine - building had been halted. We had a blatant political coup and no one from NATO came to rescue the American people, did they?

The only way I see there being any small victories if we were on the ground in Ukraine is either by using out top tier guys that we should reserve for crises that matter to US (not Xiden poll numbers/MIC pockets) or by using more DOD resources which are wickedly expensive, which our current economy under this CIC cannot support.
