Sounds like perhaps its work hardening after 7 firings. Try annealing the necks, expand the necks and then size the necks. These should seat sweet every one after that. I do this with my Lapua brass and ive never had a problem like this. See how you go as i anneal after every third firing, it...

Hey guys Dont know if anyone can help but im thinking of getting my 260 and 338 barrels put through the salt bath nitriding process and wonder if the barrel extensions have to come off before hand or can go in still on? Any advice would be appreciated.
