I bought a B14R Carbon online and just got it today. Because of your post I checked the barrel and my suppressor with an alignment rod and it was way off. So, thank you! I probably never would have checked. The fit and finish of the carbon to the barrel is absolutely terrible. Here are some pics...

Re: Who likes junk? I shot him around 100 yrds away maybe closer. One shot of the 140 Amax through the top of the heart and lungs did the job. He ran about 70 yrds and piled up.

This buck has a lot of junk on him. I shot him yesterday at 8:00 a.m. with my GA Precision 6.5 Creedmoor. When I checked him in they counted 15 pts left side, 14 pts on the right side and weighed 161 lbs dressed.

Re: .30cal can, 6mm bullet... I shoot my 6.5 Creedmoor through my .308 can all the time. I think that it's actually quieter on my 6.5 than on my 308.
