My upper has a fsb which I plan on running, I would just like the ability to remove it if I decide to change things down the road. Unfortunately in NJ the barrel needs to be pinned regardless of size.
I am looking for a some recommendations on a low profile muzzle brake that can be pinned, but allow for the gas block to be removed. I have found a couple, but very little feedback on them. YHM-25-A Faxon Slim 3 Port Apex Enhanced Stabilization Attachment Apex had decent reviews on...

Re: 10x scope question A used uso st10 might come in around 1k or less. That being said there are great options out there for scopes that are variable power, ffp, and mil/mil. I recently saw the Bushnell elite tactical 6-24 x 50 ffp mil/mil for under 800 at grabagun.com with free shipping...
Re: Bushnell Elite Tactical zeroing I have an elite tactical, and that's just how it is. Even if you remove the cap you can feel the splines. Just get it close and don't worry about it.
Re: Sig or M&P After a fairly long wait to get my permits, I just ordered the M&P in 9mm. Im looking forward to taking it to the range as soon as it comes in. Thanks for the replies
Re: Sig or M&P I have shot the 228 and 226, but I have only handled the m&p. I like the way the Sig shoots, and definitely like the way the m&p feels in my hand but I have yet to shoot one. Trying to find a place to rent one in NJ might be a task.
Re: Sig or M&P I will have to research the apex trigger. I was also thinking of the standard M&P, I just like the dual vtac sights. Also if I went with the Sig it would be the standard da/sa with sig nite sights.
I'm looking to pick up a new pistol and for the longest time have been wanting a Sig 229 in 9mm. However now the M&P Vtac .40 has my attention, and I'm starting to lean in that direction. Should I stick with my original intention or try out the M&P? This is not for carry, just for range use.
Re: 16" REPR Scope I just ordered one of the new bushnell elite tactical 6-24 ffp scopes for my mega build, i have been happy with previous bushnell elite series. I have also owned uso and this time i couldnt justify spending 3x as much. Take a lookat libertyoptics website Scott just got...
