    Solid copper bullets

Solid copper bullets Not a TTSX but I took a doe last season with a 140gr Lapua Naturalis out of a 6.5 Creedmoor. Headshot, blew all the bone in its skull to bits. Sounded like a sack full of wet rocks when I picked it's head up.

    DTA or Custom Build

If you're looking to get in to shooting PRS type matches, look what types of rifles those guys are shooting. There's a thread that shows what equipment is used broken down by component posted somewhere on here. I don't recall seeing a single DTA on the list.

Is this normal? Berger 6.5mm 130 VLD

JBM lists the length of the Berger 6.5mm 130gr VLD as 1.4". I just cracked open a new box of 100 and they are measuring on average 1.323" in length. What gives? Anyone else out there find this to be true for their lot of these bullets?

    Measuring scope height

Pull your bolt back to even with your scope's ocular lens. Get out your calipers and measure from the middle of the firing pin to the middle of your ocular lens. That is the scope height you enter in to your ballistic calculator.
