Go to Home Depot and buy (they are cheap ) a laser level. It will project a line (horizontal or vertical) on your wall. You level it by using the built in bubble level. Next make sure that your receiver is not canted by using a bubble level. Now look through the scope and if your reticle is...
RoverG79 M118LR is (varies weapon to weapon) is transonic or subsonic at 1100 meters. Your ballistic coefficient drops considerably so you're going to have errors of that magnitude. M118LR will shoot 1000 meters with about 38 MOA (varies weapon to weapon) of elevation but beyond that not very...
Re: Kestrel problem; impellar or unit problem GSSP- The impeller induces a current as it rotates on its axis so it needs to be aligned properly. If it happens again, make sure that the impeller is oriented such that the index mark on the impeller lines up with the index mark on the housing...
Re: Cleaning a Zastava m76 (corrosive ammo) Hot soapy water. What seems to work quite well is a floor cleaning soap with ammonia in it. However the key is hot water, that's what will dissolve the corrosive salts. Regards, IUD

Re: Question about using Mil/Mil scopes eleaf- The unit of measure used has no bearing on zeroing your scope. If your POI is say 1 mil low and .5 mil right of the POA simply use your turrets to make that correction. The only caution there is that the turret needs to be calibrated in mils...
Re: Mini Red Dot for my AR Save up your $ and get the Insight MRDS. I my opinion, it's the best mini red-dot sight on the market buy a furlong. Regards, IUD
Re: Spuppressor manufacturers Ed- Don't overlook Brugger & Thomet and SAI in Denkark. SAI has a working relationship with SWR here in the states so they may be able to get SWR for you, should that suite your fancy. Regards, IUD
Re: Do Police Snipers Use Duplex Reticles? Police sniper engagements generally occur at ranges of 100 yards or less so they don't need to mil anything. Since concealment is not a major issue for police and since the suspect does not have the technical capacity to detect when they are being...
