I used this trust right before the web site went up and just got my tbac 30BA approved. I'm picking it up Friday. I guess you can add Colorado to your list.
TBAC 30BA (trust)

Tax payment sent: 10/3/13
Pending: 10/3/13
Approved: 1/16/14
Jeff at Gunstar Arms has been a great tbac dealer. I highly recommend him for the Colorado guys.
Re: Make a trust a head of time?
Got everything laid out and I'm getting the trust this week then getting the suppressor a few days after the trust is established :)Finally got our tax return :p
Re: Shooting mat advice
I got a voodoo for christmas and its been ok. It has some pouches and came with a ammo carrier that can be detached. The elbow areas fold out on both sides. The padding feels pretty good. Can't complain since it was free
Re: Best rifle shipping method?
I also went thru UPS. I took my rifle (in a hard case) to a small shipping store with the FFL info and gave them the address. They boxed it and sent it out. By the way I didn't lock my rifle case and everything made it to and from the gunsmith with no problems.
Re: Best rifle shipping method?
Everyone forgot to mention the FFL info. Be sure to get a copy from the gunsmith your sending it to. Thats the most important part.
Re: Make a trust a head of time?
thanks for the quick answer I'm planning on getting a can for my Beretta down the road as well and the trust seems the best route.
Was just wondering if we can make a trust months before actually buying a suppressor? I'm looking at buying a suppressor in spring/summer but I'm still looking at different cans and wondering if I can just get the trust done now? I'm not sure if my local sheriff is willing to sign but the trust...
