New long range stock from GRS in Norway.

GRS riflestocks here in Norway are releasing a new stock soon. They are kind of stingy on the information but posted a couple of teaser photos on their facebook page. Could be an interesting one this. https://www.facebook.com/grsriflestocks

Rifle Scopes Why hasn't any scope manufacturer made a multi calibre optic?

Something like this? Maybe not, but it works very well for the Sako Quad.

    1939 Mauser k98F1 'restomod'

Thank you for the comments! About the cheek rest, I have been looking around for something a bit less 'tactical', any suggestion appreciated. This was meant to be a dirt cheap project, meaning I used stuff I had laying around, so there's always room for improvement. I bought a Tubb Speed Lock...

    1939 Mauser k98F1 'restomod'

This isn't a vintage sniper rifle, but some of you might find it interesting: I had a surplus 1939 Oberndorf Mauser that was just sitting in the safe, never really shot it much, so I decided to scope it and make it a bit more practical for hunting and target shooting without straying too far...

    Photos 1939 Mauser 'M67'

Re: 1939 Mauser 'M67' Thanks! The scope is a Zeiss Victory 2,5-10x50. Had to sand some of the wood off the top to get it on, even with super high rings. ..these rifles weren't meant to be scoped.

Re: 1939 Mauser 'M67' Thanks! It's a great rifle. Chambered in 6,5x55SE and it's on the heavy side. So very little recoil. With the right load it shoots a lot better than I do.

    Rimfire Rifle Photos Thread

Re: show some pics of your rimfire sticks!! Trying to make a better bolt knob than the original on my Savage MKII BV. The little ball always felt wrong to me, so I set out with the lathe to make a heavy brass knob with o-rings. Used a grinder to take the original down to about 8mm and...

Did I get a version 8.1 Atlas bipod?

Re: Did I get a version 8.1 Atlas bipod? Pleasant surprise seeing the improved collars when I opened up the envelope from B&T the other day. I have been admiring the workmanship and ingenuity of the V8, but sometimes thought about how it could be easier to adjust when behind the rifle prone...
