It generally takes a month or so to go pending after the check has been cashed. There is no way to know if something is wrong after it goes pending until it hits the reviewers desk (the time at which they would approve it). So give a call a month or two from now, make sure it has gone pending...

Lucas bore guide... Spend a few extra bucks and save your barrel. I have 3 now, and they are fantastic. I also use Tiptons single piece carbon fiber rods.

Something to note on weight. 5oz is 5oz if your packing it around, not a huge deal. stick that 5oz on the end of a barrel 3' from your shoulder, it's acting/feels like 15oz. The further out the weight, the heavier it acts/feels. $350 premium for buying a proven, top of the line suppressor...

I know every rifle is different, but I found .015" off to be the sweet spot on my .260 with the 140vld's. Do the full test that Berger recommends, but might want to include .015" off in that test, never know might be the ticket in yours too.

Nice shooting! I have found that doing the seating depth testing has been invaluable in both my .223 (70 & 80gr vlds) & in my .264 with the 140 VLD's. One thing that I do, which may help "keep some consistency" is to use the round-robbin approach, similar to doing an OCW. Right, wrong, or...
