    I went shooting with a co-worker who had a stock Rem 700 .308 5R 20" bbl with a not so great scope and he shot rings around me With my USO scope on $ rifle. Shooter vs poser, shooter always wins. Get a new place to shoot. Reminds me of when I was Cat 2 USCF, always kicked ass vs the guys...

    Hairball, you have to take that on for yourself. Only you know why you selected a rifle to shoot. The others are not shooting your rifle and you don't have to explain.

    I have a Volquartsen 22 WMR deluxe (?) 4 years old? Really a very accurate rifle with ANY ammo I used. Great machining, Mine has fluted bbl. gray lam stock. Never was crazy about the trigger. I use a can on mine- 1/2 x 28 threaded. I just ordered KIDD 2 stage trigger. Volquartsen screws...

    You might want to post your question on 6mmbr.com, and check out data there. This is an unusual question. I have a 1/14 Twist 6br. What do you want to shoot with your light bullet in a fast twist bbl? So close?
