When you call the police expect them to arrive and take charge. I'm baffled by people who call the police on a family member. This guy may not be a danger to the community but he did use his wheel chair as a weapon against police.

The Quadrapaligic seems a entitled annoying little snot who summoned police to act as pawns in a interfamily power play.

The police showed up and followed their own rules. He attempted to control them and push them into the roll he envisioned.
