When you call the police expect them to arrive and take charge. I'm baffled by people who call the police on a family member. This guy may not be a danger to the community but he did use his wheel chair as a weapon against police.

The Quadrapaligic seems a entitled annoying little snot who summoned police to act as pawns in a interfamily power play.

The police showed up and followed their own rules. He attempted to control them and push them into the roll he envisioned.

I worked in home care with a guy who was well known for hurting or injuring people by ramming them with his electric chair when he was mad. The chair was probably 500lbs and not slow. Especially when switched from inside mode. If you could get behind him you could disconnect the battery and disable the chair.
