Need advice. AICS 2.0 L/A value?

Digging through my stored rifles to this the heard a bit and found the 2nd rifle I ever built.
AICS 2.0 FDE Remington L/A
I haven’t shot this rifle pre-covid.

I’m seeing some crazy sold prices on
flea-bay and wondering if they are real?

Not saying I’m going to sell it, but I am interested in current market value, either for a sale or to put insurance on it.

I see guys attempt to get crazy prices for these but I don’t see them sell for crazy prices unless they are previously issued MK13 ones

They sell for around 1200.00

Prices are real but the highest dollar ones have increasing amounts of MK13 pedigree (IMUNS, deployment cases, etc)

A standard off-the-shelf-at-the-time long action FDE aics 2.0 would probably sell for closer to 3k IMO.
