    Re: My, "I hate chassis" Rant When i had my M24 clone built i wanted only a factory recoil lug. The lug was surface ground by the gunsmith and it is installed on the gun and working fine. I prefer a factory lug thats surface ground. I see no reason for a fat recoil lug over a surface ground...

    Re: Army M24 Build Thread On the ring caps allens i just go finger tight and then a slight turn more. I use a L shaped allen key and use the short side in the screw and again i go gently..hand tight and a 1/8th turn approx to make sure snug..but not TOO snug. My torque wrench for the action...
