    Re: Light Primer strikes tactical innovations 10/22 I had a few light strikes at first with mine also. I took out the BBL and put it in a vice and worked on the shank that goes into the receiver with a strip of fine wet / dry sandpaper. That cured my light strik problems.

    Re: Savage Mk II TRRSR & Falcon Menace 5-25x56mm There is a pretty good group of Long Range .22LR shooters at my gun club. I see alot of them using shims to get the elevation correct for long range shots. Both under the bases and in the rings.

    Re: kifaru pack question I have a EMR and a Zulu I also use a Mystery Ranch G6000 I live in Ga, so at times we have plenty of heat and humidity They have as much ventilation as most internal frame packs Even in cooler weather, humping it up a big mountain my back is wet with sweat.

    Muzzle brake help

    Re: Muzzle brake help I'm running a AAC Brake, so I can thread on my AAC 762SD silencer. The brake is pretty effective. You will have to look at a .30 cal silencer for your 6mm. I can use my 762SD on a 6.5 bolt rifle and my AR15's with the right muzzle adapters.

    I have American Precision Arms doing a .308 Build on a Surgeon Action. I'm going to use a Nightforce 5.5-22x50 or 5.5-22x56. I have not purchased the scope yet. What is the correct Ultralite ring height. 1.125" ? My other rifle is a Remington action with Badger base and Leupold MK4 rings.
