Rifle Scopes Leupold MK4 with metric turrets

    Another steel target idea

This is my current set up. Both plates are 12X12 AR500. Got them for $100 shipped if I remember correctly. Had the metal material already so the frame was free (brother got it scrap from a job site). Already had the 4'x8' sheets my dad got somewhere years ago. Dirt cost me $150 delivered...

Hunting & Fishing This years buck

Took this guy with my AR15 chambered in .30 HRT using 125gr Nosler BT's pushed to 2440FPS. 65 yard shot and he went maybe 30 yards or so. For those who don't know, the .30HRT is a 6.8 SPC run through a .30 Herrett pistol die, trimmed to length, and fire formed. [/img]

Is a sealed primer the same as a crimped primer?

Re: Is a sealed primer the same as a crimped primer? No... not the same. I have reloaded THOUSANDS of mil cases (WCC and LC both with and w/o NATO cross) and have never had any issues knocking the primers out with normal pins.

    Favorite Powder for 52gr./53gr. Bullets?

Re: Favorite Powder for 52gr./53gr. Bullets? For the .223 I have found W-748 to be my "go to" powder. There may be better options out there, but I like W-748.

Question : Changing powders when shooting. True?

Re: Question : Changing powders when shooting. True? I have reloaded for years and years and have NEVER experienced this. To be honest, first I have heard of it. Next time I'm out testing loads, I'll alter my methods and see first hand if it's true. In fact, I can go back and validate some...

Powders I would like to use are IMR-4895, W-748, W-760, H4895. Any other recommendations are welcome. As always, reduce and work up will be...
