    Can you elaborate on this. Why would the design of the mount matter with respect to clearance? Aren’t the height ratings the height over the pic rail? Why would design matter unless you are simply stating that you need clearance for the erector housing of the scope.

    Slightly off topic. I’m in the process of my first 6BR build. Do the host mags need the front binder plate to properly function? I’m sitting on 5 mags without the binder plate for my 308 and was hoping to convert some of those.

    Using the coax to size brass. Does it work?

    Where did you get the plates to Hold the shell holder? I love my Redding Comp shell holders and that is the ONLY thing I’m not excited about with my new coax.
